BSDF advanced hammer mill is our latest advanced hammer mill set, and it is espcialy designed for grinding different kinds of spice.It combines coarse crusher,middle fine milling fine milling area(3 milling areas)together. Material will be milled three times at the same time.It is also suitable for grinding herbs, grains, cassava, fertilizer,etc.

Working method:
The material enters the crusher cavity from the feeding port, and the material passes through the high-speed rotating, coarse, medium and fine crushing knife set in turn. When passing through the coarse crushing knife group, the material is initially crushed, and then enters the middle crushing knife group, the material is further crushed, and finally passes through the fine crushing knife group to obtain the final product. A device for separating excessive coarse material particles is arranged between the medium crushing and fine crushing knife groups to control the excessive coarse particles entering the fine crushing knife groups, thereby ensuring the discharge fineness.

1. Easy installation and maintance.
2. Without screen, the output size'll be changed by changing the speed of inverter, and it can get 10-120mesh.
3. No powder flying during production because of the dust collector. It can effectively collect the fine powder in the air current and get 100% utilization, also meet the requirements for cleanness and environmental protection in waste gas discharge.
4. Suitable for most raw material which used in different industries, such as spices,herbs,grains,etc.
5. Big raw materials can be fed into the mill chamber directly.
