BS pulverizer machine has a very good effect for different kinds of spices, like Chili, pepper, black pepper, cinnamon, cumin, coriander seeds and other material with high content of oil or fiber.For root,herb and leaf, the grinding effect is also good.
Components of this machine which have contact with materials to be crushed are all made of stainless steel with good anti-corrosive property. The housing is in a full enclosure for the convenience of cleaning. The interior walls are all treated to achieve evenness and smoothness of the surface, thus to ensure production of such materials as medicine, food and chemical in better conformity with the national “GMP” standard.
Working method:
The raw materials enter the grinding chamber through the feed hopper. The material is impacted by a high-speed rotating tool, thrown on a fixed bushing, and then bounced and sheared. At the same time, under the alternating effects of impact, cutting, and grinding forces, the material is finely refined. Under the action of pulling force, the finished product is absorbed by the cyclone through the screen and discharged from the rotary valve. The filter bag collects a small amount of ultra-fine powder, which is designed according to GMP standard and made of stainless steel. It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient cleaning and low noise.

3) No dust during production, and dust can be collected in dust collecting box.
4) No need screen, particle size can be changed by change speed; particle size varies from 12 to 120 mesh.
5) Around mill chamber and bearing, there is water-cooling jacket to cool the machine.
