This machine is our BSG series self absorb grinder, with whole grinding system (crusher part, dust collector and cyclone).This grinder is widely used in food, chemical and other industry. This type grinder is very suitable for krystal materials grinding, for example, this grinder can make 1-2 tons sugar powder per hour. And for grinding leaves,grains,chemical powder,etc, this type is also suitable.
With the dust collecting system, the powder dust will be collected in the cloth bags, which is more environmental for the industry.
Working method:
The raw material enters the pulverizer chamber of the pulverizer through the feed hopper, is impacted by the high-speed rotating cutter, and is thrown onto the fixed liner, and then bounced and sheared. There are high-speed fan blades beside the pulverizer chamber, which generate positive pressure airflow under the action of pressure air. The powder passes through the screen faster, and is absorbed by the cyclone dust collector. Part of the ultra-fine powder enters the pulse dust collection box, which is not found in the production process Waste, no fly ash.
Main components:
1. Crusher part: There are several knife types for choices, just depends on what material you need to grind.If you want to change powder particle size,just change the screen.
2. Cyclone part: The cyclone can separate the dust from the powder (particle), and the rotary valve can make the powder discharge speed uniform. The stainless steel material is used for easy cleaning and disassembly.
3. Pulse Dust Collecting box: There are many dust collection bags in the box. The bag frame is made of stainless steel. It is easy to disassemble, pulse jet cleaning and dust collection.
