1,The basic principle of liquid cooling mining is that the heat generated by the power calculation board of the mining machine is transferred to the oil during use, and the oil exchanges heat through the heat exchanger to maintain the temperature of the mining machine at a low temperature.

2,Liquid cooling and heat dissipation are divided into immersion liquid cooling and cold plate indirect liquid cooling. Our company mainly aims at the transformation of mining machines for immersion liquid cooling and provides corresponding services for transformation. The first thing is to deploy immersion liquid cooling mining chassis. The size and standard capacity are shown in the figure:

The transformer oil required for the standard box is 78l (Great Wall No. 10 transformer oil or No. 25 transformer oil can be used, or Dow Corning DC dimethyl silicone oil). The whole machine includes two temperature controllers, heat exchanger components, several interfaces, etc. customers need to buy cooling oil, circulating water pump, cooling tower and other items by themselves.

(special note: after our test, the temperature of most mining machines is the most stable when the flow rate is 3l/min (single set), and the average temperature is 38 ℃). When the flow rate is 2l/min, the temperature of the liquid cooling box is 42 ℃, indicating that the faster the flow rate is, the lower the temperature is. The cooling tower is divided into 3T, 5T, 10t, 20t and 100t. According to 3l/min, the conventional 10t cooling tower (about $150) can carry 56 mining machines.

(2) About overclocking

For many mining machines, there is no modified silicone grease for heat dissipation, and soaking in oil will produce dissolution reaction. The original silicone grease will dissolve in about 15 days, so we need to use our customized cooling silicone grease, with a service life of about 3 years. As shown in the figure:

Among them, 3W is ordinary and 8W is custom heat conduction, and the overclocking heat conduction cooling is very fast. If the original miner does not have thermal conductive silicone grease, there is no need to modify our thermal conductive silicone products. For example, the original ant S17, S15, S11, S9. For example, in S19, some series of Shenma need to modify our silicone gasket, otherwise the force calculation board is easy to break.
