Auto Landing Passenger and Material Hoist/Construction Elevator with Floor Selection for High Rise Buildings
Features:
SC building hoist is vertical transport machinery for building materials and personnel, driving with pinion and rack, applies to engineering of high rise. SC hoist is equipped with reliable electrical and mechanical safety device.
The product has following features:
1. The safety device is very complete and reliable, the anti-drop safety device with national patent technology makes this product more safe.
2. The driving mechanism is placed on the top of the cage, which enhances the interior space and brings great convenience to operation and transportation.
3. The SC building hoist is standardized and modularized. It can also be different with the most reasonable configuration to meet the different needs of customer.
4. Simple circuit of electronic control system makes an easy and reliable operation and maintenance.
5. Steel structure design with scientific and rigorous calculation, meet the requirements of reasonable structure, reliable strength, light weight.
6. Rust-free treatment: Steel structures (cart frame, tie-in, mast section, cable trolley, base frame, etc.) are with hot dip galvanization to ensure a durable quality of the hoist
The passenger and material hoist/construction elevator can be equipped with floor selection system, which makes the operation similar to indoor elevator. The operator only presses the targeted floor number on the dashboard and presses START button, then the cart will automaticaly run to the preselected floors and stops at the destinations according to the preslected order. With rotary encoder, the lading error of the cart can be confined within 2mm, which avoids the potential risks of human misoperation and increases the safety of the passenger and material hoist.
The auto-landing system also can be switched to manual operation for maintenance or emergencies.
