Its bullwheel is lined with durable MC nylon material known for its abrasion resistance, and the groove spacing is ultra-wide for enhanced efficiency. Additionally, this product features infinitely variable tension control, allowing for constant-tension conductor stringing.
In the event of hydraulic failure, the spring-applied hydraulically released multi-plate brake automatically engages, ensuring safe operation. Furthermore, the MAR-YZ40A Hydraulic Tensioner is equipped with a hydraulic power output interface, facilitating easy connection to the shaft bracket of hydraulic wire for added convenience.
Application: Our product is utilized for the stringing of various steel wire ropes, conductors, and earth wires.
