The main performance is: the main circuit for the hydraulic closed circuit for traction speed stepless adjustment, overload protection of traction machine constant tension control, which is arranged on the drum between the speed reducer, the reducer input shaft is connected with the main motor, main motor reducer is arranged between the brake; the output shaft of the speed reducer is provided with a connection the reel driving device; the bracket is also provided with an inverter control cabinet; a photoelectric pulse encoder on the shaft of the main motor; speed detection terminal of photoelectric encoder and frequency converter is connected with the control terminal of the frequency converter is connected with the motor.
