Product Introduction
The S-B91 automatic CNC iron aluminum sheet feeding wave cutting machine is a modern three-axis synchronous motion machine used for the secondary wave cutting of pre wave iron aluminum sheet. It adopts a servo motor and its motion curve control system, and can be programmed to control the integrated material sheet handover system, ensuring accurate and reliable feeding. The iron aluminum sheet is separated by a separator in the feeding machine S-B23BH and then sent to the CNC feeding platform by a vacuum suction cup. The sheet is fed forward through a rubber pressure wheel and guided by the suction cup. The Y1 and Y2 axes alternately clamp the sheet and send it to the cutting area for cutting. The cut wave shaped material is carried out by a rubber pressure wheel controlled by a servo motor and a conveyor.

 

Mechanical characteristics

  1. Using a human-machine interface touch screen as the core, the screen can display the actual motion curves of each axis.
  2. The feeding motion curve is automatically generated and transmitted for download, making it easy to set the changing parameters.
  3. Adopting a linear servo motor with high stability to reduce the inertia generated during high-speed motion.
  4. Multiple safety controls, such as insufficient air pressure, no oil, and motor overload.
  5. Equipped with an air clutch and dual sheet detection, it is indeed reliable.
  6. The crankshaft bushing adopts an automatic grease lubrication system.
  7. Two buffer cylinders balance the weight of the slider and mold.
  8. The timing of the export rubber pressure wheel is controlled by a servo motor, which is precise and reliable.
  9. Suitable for pre wave iron aluminum skin.
