Equipment features:
1.This equipment is used for assembling caps of flange cap, duck tongue cap, spring cap and other moisture-proof agent and desiccant bottles for medicinal use.
2. It can be used for automatic filling of granular desiccant such as molecular sieve, silica gel, etc., and also can be used for assembling of block desiccant and desiccant core.
3. The equipment is equipped with automatic punching and cutting film mechanism (sealing paper), which can reduce the production cost of the customers and improve the qualified rate of the products.
4. The waste material of sealing paper is centralized to reduce the workload of operators.
5. Connected with desiccant centralized feeding warehouse, reduce the desiccant in the assembly process of moisture absorption and pollution and so on.
6. The round cover adopts feeding machine to feed materials, which is stable and fast.
7. The main power is composed of servo motor + splitter, with smooth running speed and high assembly precision.
8. Each assembly step is equipped with detection function to ensure 100% yield rate of qualified products.
9. With automatic counting function, convenient for production statistics.
10. Good and defective products are equipped with separate exits.
11. The control system adopts PLC control and human-machine interface operation, which reduces the working difficulty of operators.
12. The equipment can be customized according to customer's actual production capacity and product specifications.
