Sleeve type heat shrink packaging machine:
The cuff-type semi-automatic heat shrink packaging machine is composed of a sealing and cutting machine and a heat shrink packaging machine. It uses a variety of imported and domestic heat shrink films such as PE as the packaging material. After the product is sealed and cut, it directly enters the heat shrink packaging machine to complete the packaging. Efficiency reduces the consumption of electric energy. The main electrical components of the cuff shrinking machine adopt imported components, and the action execution part adopts pneumatic components, so the operation becomes simple, the performance is very stable, the failure rate is low, and the service life is longer. It can work continuously for a long time and can meet the needs of mass production.
This machine is a fully automatic straight-in and straight-out sleeve-type film sealing and cutting machine. The sealing and cutting machine is mainly used for film sealing and cutting packaging of beverages, daily necessities, food, ceramics and other large objects. It is especially suitable for film packaging of large cartons.
The sealing knife adopts the United States DuPont Teflon coating anti-sticking and high-temperature aluminum alloy knife, and the sealing will not crack, coke, smoke and zero pollution.
The thermostat adopts a digital display thermostat with built-in PID function. The temperature of the sealing knife is sensitive and can be set at will.
Automatic feeding, sealing and cutting length can be automatically adjusted by the combination of photoelectric sensor and timer. The sealing knife itself also has an automatic protection function, which can effectively cut the package by mistake.
The whole set of machines realizes the unmanned operation connection with the production line.
Adopting turbine scroll reducer, stable and no jitter during feeding and film feeding.
Use original imported electrical components to reduce failures during use.
Imported relays such as OMRON are used to realize the integration of machine, electricity and gas.
