A:When ordering, please send us photo of your original car radio and let us know the model and the year of your car. If our device was not suitable or compatible with your car, we would tell you to cancel order before shipping.

A:We provide one Year Warranty Service for the product.ONE Year Factory Warranty(accessories not included). Warranty will be voided as of: (1) Damage caused by: Undue wear & tear, dirt, misused, improper installation or operation, neglect, accident.
