Application Field:
Tungsten Carbide Sawing Tips or Sawing Teeth as a part of saw blades is mainly used for metal milling, grooving and cutting. Difference to solid carbide saw blades, sawing tips are used to braze surrounding a metal circular blade.
For safety and reliability, circular saw blades should only be used on stable and low-vibration machines (preferably milling machines). For steel machining, a particularly greasy cooling is recommended. In the case of machining of non-ferrous metals, spray lubrication can also be used. Gray cast iron and plastics can be machined dry.
