1. Background
Most of the water leakage in some houses is caused by cracks. Whether it is roof waterproofing or indoor waterproofing, most of them choose high elastic and flexible waterproof coatings for construction. The purpose is to better ensure that the waterproof layer is not easy to crack. However, due to the long-term impact of weather or structural factors on the roof, the waterproof layer will crack within a certain period of time, resulting in water leakage. In order to prevent or better improve the service life of waterproofing layers, some foreign waterproofing experts (Germany) have developed a seamless waterproofing construction process that can improve the flexibility, thickness and air permeability of waterproofing layers, and gradually introduced them to domestic waterproofing companies. At present, most of the companies or individuals that are used to prevent house repairs still use traditional polyethylene polypropylene as the waterproof layer. Such a waterproof process cannot stand the test of time and industry. As a kind of anti-cracking auxiliary material for waterproof layer, seam-woven polyester fabric plays a key role. It overcomes a series of important problems such as difficult construction, slow construction, easy water penetration, thin coating, high cost and so on.
2. Construction work
The base surface needs to be cleaned and coated with waterproof coating (such as: high elastic flexible waterproof coating, one-component polyurethane waterproof coating, acrylic waterproof coating, JS polymer cement-based waterproof coating, asphalt, and other liquid waterproof coatings) When the waterproof coating is wet for the first time, the cut polyester cloth is laid flat, and the second waterproof coating is applied to the polyester cloth. After the surface is dried, the waterproof coating is applied for the third time, and finally the waterproof layer is isolated and protected The construction is completed.
