The machine uses the advance laminating technology for normal Magnetic Stripe Card, various Contact & Contactless smart card and prepaid card's production. With heating and cooling towers, PLC control, double liquid compressor pump plus 4 pressure tanks to compress the sheet for the lamination.

2 towers, 6 daylights for each tower, 1 big cylinder for each cylinder, steel lamination template, PLC control, designed for normal card lamination.

Multi-layer sheets with chips or magnetic strips are laminated together under high temperature and pressure, sheets supports for various materials, such as PVC,PETG,ABS and PC ,etc
International HROA difunctional standard cylinders, four cylinders eject together for more balance pressure.
Equipped with automatic high pressure oil return, meanwhile automatic pressure relief, manual pressure relief devices are designed fore more humanized operation.

Photoelectric switches are adopted to realize zero pressure lamination and multilevel pressure control, which reduce chip rejection rate effectively.
