1. Introduction of Automatic IC Card Embedding Machine YIE-4000
This machine is also named as IC card production machine, IC chip implanter or implanting machine, IC card chip embedding machine, chip placing machine, chip pick-placing machine, Card machine, smart card production machine Contact IC Card Implanting Machine and Contact IC Card Implanter.
Automatic IC Card Embedding Machine YIE-4000 is designed for embedding or implanting the punched IC chips into the milled slots or cavities of PVC cards in a precise and speedy way. It includes 4 heating heads, 1 cooling head and 1 ATR checking unit. It is controlled by PLC, which can well ensure easy parameter setting and stable performance.
2. Basic configuration of Automatic IC Card Embedding Machine YIE-4000
Card feeding magazines (two)-Chip tape convey-punch station-chip pick-place station-heating heads (four)-cooling head (one)-ATR checking station-Card Collection magazines (two)-bad card collection unit
1. Special servo motor stepping system is applied to convey and punch IC chip tapes, which can ensure precise and stable performance. The parameters are adjustable in an easy way.
2. Heating station is used for heating and melt the glue behind the chip, and its temperature and pressure is adjustable.
3. IC Module stepping is automatically monitored and controlled by the sensor system, and the bad chips can be automatically removed before embedding.
4. It applied PLC program as control system, which can ensure speedy and stable performance of the machine. If there are any errors occurring, the machine will alert and stop automatically.
5. The unique ATR system is to check the embedding chip performance. If the chip is found bad by ATR, the bad card will be rejected automatically.
