It is applied for punching the laminated plastic sheets into ISO CR80 cards in a speedy and precise way. It has smart card sorting system that can collect the punched cards into different magazines as per the specific setting by touch screen.
This machine is designed to punch the plastic cards in an automatic and speedy way with the high efficient card collection and sorting system. It is controlled automatically by PLC program, and the Chinese and English bilingual touch screen is available with a friendly man-machine interface.
It can realize the high punching precision by using the electrical eye positioning, which can avoid the sheet postion deviation after thousand times punching.
