Horsepower machine is a special equipment for testing the power of automobile chassis, and it is also a kind of chassis dynamometer. It can also detect the maximum speed, acceleration time (performance), etc. The control system adopts high-speed data bus with WiFi interface. The control computer can be PC or laptop, which is convenient for operation. You can know your car's condition anytime by the routine test and simulated road conditions test. It is very suitable for used car evaluation center, automobile repair shop, automobile refitting, ECU adjustment industry.
Through high precision dynamic balancing, surface coating roller has high joint strength, abrasion resistance, and an adhesion coefficient of 0.92 or higher.
Equipped with an adjustable gear wheel to ensure that the front drive vehicles do not produce lateral slip during testing; safe and reliable.
The fuel consumption meter can measure the load condition of fuel consumption.

● Test power data: region-wide speed horsepower engine /torque curve can accurately the reaction of arbitrary rotational speed (typically 2000 rpm or more) of the engine operating conditions. The most prominent is the output value of the maximum horsepower and torque.
● Simulated on road test: the roller of the horsepower machine can be controlled by the computer to set the resistance and simulate various resistance conditions of the road. As long as it is properly adjusted, it is safe to run dozens or even 400kW / h on the horsepower machine.
● Diagnosis of automobile power condition: a powerful horsepower machine with clock diagnosis method. If the constant speed function is used, the horsepower engine can use the constant speed function. The horsepower engine can limit the car to a desired speed (a reasonable speed). At this time, the speed (RPM) in the same gear is unchanged. Changing the throttle opening and closing degree or ECU working parameters can get different horsepower output. It is better to cooperate with the knock receiver, air-fuel ratio meter, air flowmeter, etc, which may be more better judge the work status of the car immediately.

The structure of the air-cooled eddy current machine is shown in the figure below:
The air-cooled eddy current machine is excited by DC power supply. There are 8 windings on the left and right, and the maximum speed is 4000r.p.m. The relationship curve between the maximum braking torque and braking power of the eddy current machine and the shaft speed (set speed) is shown in the figure below:
Each machine is equipped with two 350 KW eddy current machines and the working size structure is for reference, subject to real design.
