Q: Are u a plush toys manufacturer or a trade company ?
A: we are a manufacturer , have been in the plush field for more than 13 years , now we have more 700 staff .
 
Q: What is MOQ?
A: 1) On the normal situation , our MOQ is 1000 PCS, which is one of the lowest in the industry of plush toys.
2) For some special cases, the MOQ is negotiable.
 
Q: What is your payment term?
A: 1) by T/T,30% deposit and 70% balance paid before shipment or the copy of B/L
2) For big order, we can negotiate the payment term, it will be good for both of us.
Q: How can I get the samples?
A: 1) For new customer, the sample cost is $80 per design. When order quantity over 5000 pcs, the sample fee will be refunded.
2) For long term clients, the sample cost can be negotiable for you according to the complexity of the product.
 
Q: What is your sample and mass production lead time?
A: 1) Sample time: 5 ~ 7 days
2) Production time: Generally, 30-45 days according to the order quantity and complexity.
 
Q: What is your Standard Packaging ?
A: Each plush toy will be packed in a individual poly bag, then into the carton. The carton size is depend on customers' requests, or based on the most reasonable size.

A: we have got the Disney , Sedex
 
How to cooperate with us?
1. As OEM & ODM is welcomed, we can develop any design of the toys in plush cloth materials, you just need to send us the drawings or sketch, we'll finish the sample within 1 or 2 weeks (depending on the complexity of the making process)
2. Sampling charge: USD50.00~USD100.00, it's refundable after the order is placed.
3. For the existing samples we have in stock, we can send you for free, freight collect

Work Flow Of Customized Product
1. Sampling
A sample, a layout, AI file, PDF, even a picture (special materials and color must be remarked.) has been enough for us to produce the sample of your plush toy. We will provide the exact price together with the sample.
A. Sampling cost: 100 ~150USD (according to different structure and size); When your order quantity is above 2000pcs, sampling fee could be returned back to you.
B. Sample leading time: 5~7 days after confirmation of sampling fee and material details. When style and color of first sample is confirmed, we will produce the formal sample.
C. We will send pictures or sample to customer for confirmation. Then according to customer's requirement, do some revision, until sample is finally confirmed.
2. Place the order
When final sample is confirmed, we could start mass production. Customer could place the order. In the order, it must include final sample pictures, size, your standard, quantity, price, delivery date. When deposit is paid, mass production will be arranged.
3. Quality check and delivery
According to customer requirement, during production, we will send production sample to you. Customer could arrange QC to our factory for quality check. When production is finished, we will inform customer to do the balance payment. When we receive all payment, we will deliver products to relevant address according to the order.
Note: Our price does not include testing cost. Please inform us your testing requirement before estimating. We will check the testing cost for you from the testing institute. Our product follows European standard. We provide standard product until it passes the testing. If first testing fails, we will pay for the balance testing.
