High-alumina Cement of Refractory Products with Low Content of FE2O3 For Rush Construction
1.Products description
High-alumina cement is a rapid-hardening cement made by fusing at 1,500° to 1,600° C (2,730° to 2,910° F) a mixture of
bauxite and limestone in a reverberatory or electric furnace or in a rotary kiln. It also can be made by sintering at about 1,250° C (2,280° F).
High aluminum cement is produced by preparing raw material consisting of applicable bauxite and limestone, burning the raw
meaterial and grinding into cement.
The high aluminum cement can resist a high temperature at which a relative high temperature at which a relative high strength
still remains.Its refractoriness increases with the content of CA2. Therefore it is suitable to make refractory concrete as a binder.
Depending on the refractory aggregate(fireclay,high aluminum)used,the refractory concrete made of the cement can be used
below 1400°C.

A. Construction of sulfate corrosion resistance and high temperature proof.
B. Used in rush repairs, leakage stopping , resistance to sulfate attack.
C. Ideal binder for refractories such as refractory concrete, refractory castable, ramming mixing, gunning mixing and manmade marble bricks.
D. Used as ceramic adhesive.
E. Used for sealing coating products and refractory mortar.
