Cf8 Investment Casting High Pressure Casting Ball Valve
1. Casting ball valve is a form of quarter-turn valve which uses a hollow, perforated and pivoting ball (called a "floating ball") to control flow through casting ball valve.
2. Casting ball valve is open when the ball's hole is in line with the flow and closed when casting ball valve is pivoted 90-degrees by the casting ball valve handle.
3. 2PC casting ball valve is mainly used to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of medium in pipeline. 2PC casting ball valve and 3PC casting ball valve are widely used in recent years.
4. This 2PC casting ball valve is lockable 1000wog, material is stainless stee 304 / 316.The working principle of stainless steel 2PC casting ball valve is to make the casting ball valve unblocked or blocked by rotating the valve.
Installation and maintenance:
1. The valve handle rotation position shall be reserved.
2. Casting ball valve can't be used for throttling.
3. The casting ball valve with transmission mechanism shall be installed vertically.
