Glass fused to steel is the premium storage tank coating technology. The glass fused to steel sheet is made of special steel plate (our patent product) makes the steel sheet twice the strength than ordinary steel plate. Inside and outside the steel plate coated with two layers of Glass (Enamel), after drying, heat the steel in 900 ℃ high temperature, makes the steel sheet to achieve the best performance of both: the strength and flexibility of the steel combined with the corrosion resistance of the glass. These Physical properties are specifically suited for municipal and industrial wastewater/effluent/sewage storage applications.The service life of GFS tanks is more than 30 years, while the service life of Epoxy / Cement tanks is just about 10 years. So after about 10 years, you need to buy a new tank if you use epoxy/cement tanks. That would waste time, energy and money.
