Product Description
TDG series bucket elevator is a new-generation product developed by our company through the combination of learning from new foreign technology and domestic production and using practice. It is suitable for the vertical hoisting of dry, bulk, powdery materials or materials of small granule. It is widely used in the hoisting system of bulk materials in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, food, electric power and other industries.
In terms of kiln feeding into kiln tail, raw material into the homogenization silo, and cement putting in storage in the new dry process cement plant, it is an ideal piece of alternative equipment for foreign products of the same specification.
Main Features
1) Be widely applied in vast industries like metallurgy, chemical industry,building materials, mine, grain and non-small block mill and grinding of small materials etc.
2) Obvious features like low power required, effective inflow feeding & guiding discharge,
3) huge-volume hopper with tight arrangement. With little returned material, the ineffective power resulted is quite less as well accordingly.
4) It has vast range of application with almost no limitation for lifting material forms and properties. Materials like power, grain or big lump could be all applicable .Also its good sealing condition could effectively reduces the environmental pollution.
5) Advanced design & reliable manufacturing way have greatly ensured the overall machine stability & higher lifting height.
