Product Description
TD type bucket elevator is designed and manufactured according to JB3926-85 Chinese standard .
TD type bucket elevator is made up of a series of hoppers fixed to belt. It applies to vertically transporting materials, such as metallic and non-metallic ores(cement, coal, sand, gravel, limestone, etc.), food products( grain, flour, etc.), chemical processing products(fertilizers, phosphates, etc.), pulp and paper products(wood chips, etc.).
Our company also can design and manufacture customized models to meet customers’ needs.
Features
1.It is completely enclosed to prevent dust leakage and to protect it from the weather.
2. The lifting height is up to 40 meters.
3. The temperature of materials should not be higher than 100°C.
4. Large capacity,including 7 models from 39m3/h to 184m3/h.
5. Low driving power, inflow feeding, induction unloading, high-volume hopper intensive arrangement.
6. The service life is long, and there are few extrusion and collision events.
