Acid 100RV-SPR Industrial Vertical Sump Pumps With Electric Motor And Closed Impeller
Heavy duty vertical sump slurry pump is mainly used for delivery the slurry which is strong corrosive
with fine particles.
This kind of vertical sump slurry pump is widely used to transport slurry with strong corrosion and high
concentration for many industries, such as metallurgy, mine, coal, electric power and so on, for example
the cracking operations.

The ‘SPR’ range is vertical cantilevered shaft design similar to the ‘GPS’, but features full elastomer protection on all submerged components. This allows this pump to be used in highly corrosive applications. Available in sizes ranging from 40mm through to 150mm
Fully Cantilevered – Eliminates submerged bearings, packing, lip seals, and mechanical seals that other vertical slurry pumps typically require.
Impellers – Unique double suction impellers; fluid flow enters the top as well as the bottom. This design eliminates shaft seals and reduces thrust load on the bearings.
Large Particle – Large particle impellers are also available and enable passing unusually large solids.
Bearing Assembly – The maintenance friendly bearing assembly has heavy duty roller bearings, robust housings, and a massive shaft.

Centrifugal pump structure
Impeller
The impeller, either elastomer, stainless steel or high-chrome material, is the main rotating component which normally has vanes to impart the centrifugal force to the liquid.
Casing
Split outer casing halves of cast contain the wear liners and provide high operation pressure capabilities. The casing shape is generally of semi-volute or concentric, efficiencies of which are less than that of the volute type.
Shaft and Bearing Assembly
A large diameter shaft with a short overhang minimizes deflection and vibration. Heavy-duty roller bearing are housed in a removable bearing cartridge.
Shaft sleeve
A hardened, heavy-duty corrosion-resistant sleeve with O-ring seals at both ends protects the shaft. A split fit allows the sleeve removed or installed quickly.
Shaft Seal
Expeller drive seal, Packing seal, Mechanical seal.
