Liling Dacheng Ceramic Industry Co.,Ltd is located in Liling, Hunan Province, has been devoted to dealing with ceramic tablewares over the years. Our factory have been working closely together to supply our customers with the best in terms of pricing, manufacturing, and designing. There are two production lines in our factory to produce the high temperature color glazed dinnerwares profesionally .All our products are firing in kiln more than 10 hours and the firing temperature is over 1280 centigrades.That makes our products durable .No problem to endure the extrem cold and hot in the process of usage .All of the rough body will be refinishment by handwork before glazing .That can increase the qualified rate and makes the products more refined .
Our main products are ceramic mugs ,bowls,plates ,coffee sets in different styles .such as embossed,reactive glazed,engraved ,hand-painted stoneware,and porcelain dinner sets Our ceramic products are safe for microwave and dishwasher use. they can meet with the standards set by the FDA on lead & cadmium releases together with California Props 6 5. Apart from the US regulations, our goods are qualified for standards set in other countries as well.
With our own designers and R&D staffs, we are able to work with OEM and ODM projects.,Each year we will attend to the external exhibitions,our designers collect the bright ideas from aboard to follow the trend of the ever-changing market,the design team will be responsible for designing for the new products,package as per our customers'demand,We study the needs of our customers,and recommend trend items to our customers regularly .

| OEM Overview: | There are 5 technician engineer and designer in our company to support the factory can do the customized products and developed new products for customers in each season and fair .Customer only need to provide for actual samples or artwork for ref .We are able to make the samples as their request .As usual .The samples time for exsisting samples is 7-10days .For the customized samples.The samples time is around 10-15days .

| Production Line: | There are a few professional production line in Dacheng and the production capacity is around 20000pcs per day .The production process as below
(1) making clay and glaze(we have professional clay and glaze machine to make clay and glaze by ourself)
(2) Shaping (we mainly have two shaping ways .There are rolling and high temperature casting )
(3) cleaning the clay rough body
(4) glazing (There are different glazing way in our factory .Such as dipping glaze,spraying glaze,pauling glaze and so on .
(5) Firing (We usually firing in 1280 centigrades .The temperature is higher than the normal stoneware factory .That makes our products durable and the glaze is looks very high quality )

Strict Quality Control of Production
a) Raw material control
At our loacl area, there are many raw material manufacturers and we keep good relationship with them, we have large and stable purchase quantity from them and they guarantee to supply stable quality material to us. They arranged a person who only responsible for our material's production and delivery to make sure safe quality. b) Production process
Before each step .We will inspect the quality of the last step to make sure the qualified rate in each process .
The clay should be clean and with high density
The mud will be moved to drying room before glazing to reduce the deforming
All rough body will be renifished by hand to make sure the body is clean and smooth
The glazing is operated by trained and professional worker in different ways
Before firing ,The QC will inspect all semi-finished prodcuts and picked out the bad products to repair .

d) Quality complains
If any customers make quality complains, we will forwarder it to our service team. They will report directly to our factory manager.Usually we will hold a meeting with production, purchasing and packaging departments in 24 hours, and will response in 48 hours with feedback and solution.
