Chain wire fencing, sometimes known as chain wire mesh fencing, chain link fencing or cyclone fence is a popular fencing solution crafted from hot-dip galvanised steel which adds a tough metallic zinc envelope that protects it from corrosion. When it has to withstand Australia’s unpredictable weather, hot-dip galvanized steel has a significant advantage. This type of steel lasts significantly longer compared to other galvanised metals as its standard coating is at least 10x thicker than coating produced by electrogalvanisation.
