Application:
Vacuum glove box gives a sealed case. It can fill with insert gas such as nitrogen, argon after vacuuming.
Heavy duty 304 stainless steel structure , tempered glass. Mainly used for oxidation and moisture, such as operating electronic balance precision instruments, dealing with semiconductor materials, researching processes in material science,chemistry .
VGB1120-4 is a heavy duty stainless steel glove box with Airlock Chamber, Gauges andvacuum Flanges, which allow glove box operate under vacuum to remove moisture and oxygen without expensive inert gas purging.

| Application Notes | ·Always check the joints, gloves, sealing elements, and pipelines for air-tightness before and during the operation ·Corrosive gases are prohibited as they will damage the sensors ·The inlet and outlet of the Air-lock Chamber must not be opened at the same time to prevent contamination by the external gas ·By closing the vacuum flange, the glove box can be vacuumed by mechanical pump up to 0.5 torr before filling inert gas, (moisture can be below 180 ppm and oxygen below 200 ppm). Then you can save at least 1-2 tank of inert gas from purging at each operation |
