• The pump truck must be supported on a solid ground. If the maximum pressure of the outriggers is greater than the allowable pressure on the ground, a support plate or auxiliary square wood must be used to increase the support surface area.

• When the pump truck is supported near a pit or slope, sufficient safety distance should be maintained.

• When supporting, it must be ensured that the whole machine is in a horizontal state, and the maximum horizontal deflection angle of the whole machine in the front, rear, left, and right does not exceed 3 degrees.

• When unfolding or retracting the outriggers, the rotating range of the outriggers is a dangerous area, and people may be pinched within the range.

• When supporting, all outriggers must telescope and unfold to the specified position (the arrows on the outriggers are aligned with the support ears, and the arrows on the front outrigger arms are aligned with the arrows on the front outrigger arms), otherwise there is a risk of overturning.

• The outriggers must be supported as required before the boom can be operated. The outriggers must be retracted and placed on the main support of the boom before the outriggers can be retracted. If factors that reduce stability occur, the boom must be retracted immediately. After elimination, the boom must be supported again as required to reduce the risk. Stability factors include changes in ground conditions caused by rain, snow, or other water sources.
