42CrMo, 40Cr and CK45, and is very uniform of the whole cross section.
2. Hardness of micro alloy steel rod is more uniform than quenched and tempered 42CrMo, 40Cr and
CK45.
3. The turning performance of non-quenched and tempered steel rod is commensurate or superior to
42CrMo, 40Cr and CK45
4. The processing period is shortened, and the productivity is enhanced and the occupied capital is
reduced.
5. Production no quenched and tempered process can greatly save the energy consumption.
6. Production no quenched and tempered process meets the requirements of environmental protection
