MC50 Mini Cutter is the new product that our company independently developed. It combines the character and actual production experience of the similar type, with high performance, high technical content of roller knife type Mini Cutter, aiming at meet the need of the small production and laboratory actual requirement.
Main Purpose And Scope
MC50 Mini Cutter applies to cut lamina/stem with the speed of 200-500kg/h in the pilot line or lab. To make the specification of the processed lamina and stem conforms to the specified requirements of the cigarette craft. The width of cutting is adjustable at the range of 0.1-3mm easily.
MC50 Mini Cutter also applies to the vegetables cutting and processing in the food processing production line with the speed of 500-1500kg/h. To make the specification of the processed vegetable leaves conforms to the specified requirements of the craft. The width of cutting is adjustable at the range of 0.1-6mm easily.
This cutter is wide scope, easy to use and maintain, with advanced control function for cutting width, speed, material status, fault display, manual and automatic control functions.
