Ten advantages of UV curing pipeline trenchless lining repair:

 

Penetration installation - this reduces the number of steps in the repair process. The lining is installed inside the existing pipe and inflated with compressed air. It then uses robotics to cure and harden the lining using ultraviolet light to create new pipes. Due to the lining design, no pre-lining pipe or grouting is required to prevent infiltration.

 

Small footprint - the lightweight portable device used in the UV curing process makes it easy to access difficult areas, which is critical for narrow and sensitive areas such as lakes and backyards.

 

Environmental protection and safety -The UV curing process does not use water, so you can leave the heavy water equipment at home. This can reduce the floor area and reduce the impact on Residents' property. Traditional steam and water treatment methods also produce gases, which need to protect workers and residents. Ultraviolet light avoids all these conditions.

Reduced health concerns - due to the tightness, the odor and impact of styrene resin are minimized, thus sealing and limiting the harm. Styrene, considered a carcinogen, has no possibility of sneaking into the sewer system.
