A key step in UV curing construction: inflation and pressure. Before inflation, check whether the pressure detection equipment is normal. If there is any problem, deal with it in time before use.
The whole operation must be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements: the small diameter material has a small stress area and the pressure is too large, while the large diameter material has a large stress area and the pressure is too small. In the process of material inflation, the operator shall observe the pressure at any time and slowly control the pressure rise. After reaching the target pressure, it is necessary to maintain the pressure for a period of time (generally half an hour).
In particular, the operator shall observe whether the stainless steel binding head is loose and whether the material is close to the inner wall of the pipe. If it is not close to the inner wall, the pressure maintaining time can be appropriately extended or the inflation pressure can be appropriately increased.
After pressing and inflating, do not immediately pull the lamp holder to the other end of the material. Turn on the headlight leg after the material pressure of the large pipe diameter rises to the target pressure.
During the pressure maintaining process, the internal conditions of the material must be carefully observed through the internal camera. Whether the inner membrane of the lower lamp material end is damaged and whether there is air intake. You can tell at this time.
When installing the stainless steel binding head, the gas entering the material will soon be discharged through the observation port. If the inner membrane of the material is damaged, the gas inside the material will not decrease slowly, but will increase with the pressing time. If the inner membrane of materials above DN600 is damaged, the tie head can be opened at this time to find the damaged place, and the error can be saved by using adhesive tape to repair it.
