The lightweight intelligent large-displacement flood rescue submersible pump is developed based on the old-style flood rescue pump and submersible cross-flow pump.
The pump has a compact structure, is small size, is lightweight and is easy to carry. It is mainly used in sudden emergencies such as flood control, drought prevention irrigation, and drainage. The pump does not need to build infrastructure and can be directly submerged in the water or suspended on the water surface with a lifebuoy.
One person can carry it. The motor has good cooling conditions and low noise. The control system adopts variable frequency control, and adjustable speed, and can be directly connected to a temporary generator set or city power to work. The water outlet adopts a hose quick connector, which is quick to install and easy to operate. The water pipe adopts a lined fire hose, which is light in weight and has good winding performance.
The pump casting material is stainless steel, which has been specially treated with anti-corrosion to make it have good corrosion resistance, air tightness, good mechanical strength, can withstand large loads, and can be submerged in 20 meters of water and work under high temperature conditions.
The pump shaft is made of high-strength stainless steel, and the motor shaft and pump shaft share a main shaft. The structure is compact, deflection is eliminated from the design, vibration is small during operation, and the seal and bearing life are long. Not limited by regional altitude.
The mechanical seal adopts a double-end mechanical seal system to isolate the motor from the hydraulic power and provide double protection. The upper and lower mechanical seals are made of high-hardness, strong wear-resistant materials, and the sealing mating surface is lubricated by mechanical oil under high-speed conditions to increase the service life.
