Machine Features
1. Can order steel to rubber embossing rolls, pneumatically separated.
2. The overall machine adopts synchronized girdle and flat-belt transmission,cone pulley type tension adjustment for high-precision transmission and maintenance-free operation.
3. Pneumatic jumbo roll loading,pneumatic paper driving ,step-less speed additionustment ,and web tension control.
4. Equipped with roots type vacuum pump for stable running of the machine
5. Use heavy full piece steel board up to2500mm diameter and maximum 3 tons jumbo roll.Paper unwinding without core shaft and use plug sleeve type structure which is can be significantly reduce the labor intensity.
6. Equipped with edge embossing or full pattern embossing unit to keep the two plies together.
7. Wallboard type machine and overall steel base plate with firm structure to ensure stability of high speed machine running.
8. The web can be threaded on the machine by the two jog buttons,It’s more safety and easier to thread the web.
