1. Product Description
JINGHUA has developed a new cladding division, with state-of-the-art machines to perform weld overlays. JINHUA can provide the most advanced solutions for cladding of pipeline components, and offers the best weld overlay quality to meet the increasing requirements of the market. The control of each phase of the process ensures that all welds are performed in the more efficient manner, using the best parameters to ensure that the result is “safe and sound”.
The barreled wire is located behind the wire feeding mechanism and slipped with the movement of the wire feeder to ensure a smooth and smooth wire feeding. If the welding wire quality is secured, no wire will be broken and the machine downtime is thus reduced. Trouble Halting and Continue to Weld from the Breakpoints:When a bucket of wire is used up or broken or the wire feeding is not smooth by factors, the machine will halt automatically and prompt problems such as "poor wire feeding" and "drive alarm" on touch screen, which is also functioned by a high-power loudspeaker and warning lights to remind the operator to press button of the Continue to Weld From the Breakpoints after the trouble is shot.
The Fully Open Welding Parameter Adjustment enables the separate controls to the welding voltage and current (wire feeding speed), of which the speed of wire feeding can be matched automatically according to the voltage to allow a more diversified welding process when compared with the traditional welding solutions. The fume extractor on the side of chuck is designed to reduce the spatter from the other side of the chuck to the direction of welding as well as the damage caused by the smoke and dusting forming on the weld bead. The machine is designed to fully fitted for the open arc overlay welding process on the inwall of the pipes to completely reflect its arc welding technique.
