The liquid to liquid thermal shock test chamber uses stirred convective liquid medium to replace circulating air medium for heat transfer, which can meet more stringent test requirements. The system structure can be divided into two parts: high-temperature liquid tank (preheating zone) and low-temperature liquid tank (precooling zone). By controlling the mechanical transmission components to place the test samples in the high-temperature and low-temperature liquid tanks alternately, the transient change environment between high temperature and low temperature is simulated.
This test chamber is applicable to assess the ability of the whole machine products, components, parts, materials, etc. to withstand sharp temperature changes. The temperature impact test is used to evaluate the chemical changes or physical injuries caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction of the test samples in the shortest time, understand the impact of temperature changes on the test samples once or repeatedly, and provide a basis for predicting and improving the quality and reliability of products through the test. The main parameters affecting the temperature change test are the high and low temperature values of the temperature change range, the retention time of the test sample at high and low temperatures, and the number of cycles of the test. The liquid tank impact test chamber provides users with real, effective, efficient and convenient test means.
