For centuries, people have been creating unique patches and sewing them onto garments, flags, blankets, uniforms, and many other items. At Chasin, we continue the tradition of sew-on patches. We can use your personal art design to create any size or shape patch. We have hundreds of twill and thread colors to make your custom patches beautiful.
How are chenille patches made?
Chenille is a fabric made with silk thread used in combination with wool or cotton and sewn in tightly woven loops to give a three dimensional look. The way we manufacture our chenille patches is by using a combination of chenille background with embroidered thread for the details.
