Processing process

Raw material preparation, rough machining, semi-finishing, finishing and inspection.

It is necessary to reasonably select cutting parameters, keep the machine tool and tool clean, pay attention to the process arrangement of special requirements, and strictly control the processing accuracy and quality of each process.

Rough machining:

Rough machining is the first process of sleeve parts processing, mainly including turning, milling and drilling. Turning is mainly used to process the outer circle and end face of parts, while milling is used to process the plane and groove of parts. Finishing:

Finishing is the last process of shaft sleeve parts processing, mainly including finishing turning, finishing milling, finishing grinding and grinding. The purpose of finishing is to make the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of parts meet the requirements of the drawings. In the finishing stage, high-precision machine tools and tools are required to strictly control the processing parameters to ensure that the dimensional accuracy and surface roughness of parts meet the use requirements.

Inspection:

Inspection is an important link in the machining process of shaft sleeve parts, mainly including dimensional inspection, form and position tolerance inspection and surface quality inspection. Dimension inspection is used to check whether the actual size of the parts meets the requirements of the drawings; form and position tolerance inspection is used to check whether the shape and position tolerance of the parts meet the requirements; surface quality inspection is used to check the surface roughness, cracks, pores and other defects of the parts. During the inspection process, if any quality problems are found in the parts, timely measures should be taken to repair or scrap them.
