1. One-click filtering
The product design is simple and intelligent. When the power is turned on and the start switch is pressed, the oil can be filtered and purified.
2. Pre-filtering
The front 304 stainless steel filter barrel can effectively prevent corrosion of various oil products, and can be matched with filter bags of different filtration precisions to effectively extend the service life of the secondary filter element.
3. Imported double filter element
Using a double filter element design, a two-pronged approach greatly improves the equipment's dirt holding capacity and filtration flow rate. The equipment's dirt holding capacity can reach 6 kg, water absorption capacity is 2 kg, and the absolute filtration accuracy is up to 3 μm, with remarkable purification effect.
4. Easy maintenance
The filter element adopts a horizontal installation design, and the filter element can be replaced by opening the sheet metal on the left side of the equipment. At the same time, the filter barrel adopts a standard quick-install chuck clamp design, which is quick to disassemble and assemble, and subsequent replacement of the filter element is more convenient.

Product advantages
Two-stage filtration, the front 304 stainless steel filter barrel can be matched with filter bags of different filtration accuracy according to the actual situation, effectively extending the service life of the secondary filter element.
Imported filter element, the secondary filter element is made of nanofiber, with a single dirt holding capacity of up to 3 kg and a water absorption capacity of 1 kg. The absolute filtration precision is 3 μm, and the removal rate of particles larger than 3 μm in oil reaches more than 98%. At the same time, the removal rate of particles larger than 0.8 μm in one filtration reaches more than 50%.
The filter element cavity is made of 304 stainless steel, which has long service life and is corrosion-resistant. Pipes and joints are made of imported or domestic brands to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
Built-in intelligent pressure sensor, the secondary filtration will alarm and shut down when it reaches the set pressure value to avoid equipment damage caused by long-term high-pressure operation.
