Some models are equipped with a proven scale feedback system, delivering superb repeatability and years of reliable, highly precise operation. The machine structure has been made by FEM analysis. With six-point support in the base, the table can provide max support rigidity. The spindle bearing is lubricated by an automated grease supply system with low noise operation, eco friendly & maintenance free.
Taesin Precision CNC Machining Center special design can prevent the coolant from dripping&scattering in the machine enclosure&in the ATC during tool change. The vacuum mechanism can keep the remaining coolant in the circuit. And the thermal displacement compensation function assures long periods of accurate machining performance.
Taesin Precision CNC Machining Center also provides Ergonomic&User-friendly convenience, which is designed around the workers to increase their productivity, comfort and efficiency. And the machine has the glass window, which can assure clear vision for the processing with a longer time.
By integrating steep angled steel Z-axis covers, chips are efficiently moved into the gutters, where the conveyors can efficiently move the chips out of the enclosure. To meet different requirements of various size ships, the various kind of conveying system design are available.
