    Taesin CNC Machining Center has the advantages of high speed and high precision performance when doing any machining applications.  The Meehanite rigid and reinforced body design can guarantee no vibration and no deformation at high speed machining. So the machine performance can be kept in good condition, and the machine can be used for a long term. The whole machine structure is completely reinforced with rib-structure design and FEM analysis.

     Taesin CNC Machining Center can also make good finishing surface, with the help of high speed direct drive spindle (10000 or 12000 RPM)and Taiwan Brand linear way, which also can increase the productivity.

     For improving the machine performance, we had already thrown away the out-of-date design and features. And we use linear ways for all the guideways, which comes from Taiwan HIWIN. The machine damping features can also be compatible with the finish and repeatability. At the same time, we use direct drive design to erase the blacklash.

Taesin 3 Axis CNC Machining Center Quality Control: 

     Inspection and acceptance can be done after testing in manufacturer’s factory. Geometric and positioning accuracy inspection, and do machining on spot. Make sure the processing accuracy and range meet technical requirement. Machine can be delivered after both of seller and buyer sign.

The machine is also inspected by our advanced engineers using the laser interferometer for the positioning deviation&repeatability according to the highest standard. The machine is also checked for its geometrical accuracies before delivering.

    The CNC Horizontal Machining Center is also tested in our company with the related workpieces and required tool. And in the process, our engineer also fully inspected the testing process and achieve the highest precision.

    Before delivering, we also verify all parameters against machine specification and technical data. Machine will run continuously for 8 hours at full rated parameters. After the running test, the machine should be under perfect working condition. After installation and commissioning, we guarantee that positional and geometrical accuracy values will be verified.
