For eliminating thermal growth and improving accuracy, Taesin CNC Vertical Milling Machine axes are driven by high rigidity and high precision double anchored ballscews. This special design has guaranteed the perfect positioning and repeatability with almost no thermal growth. The digital servo motor is connected directly with each axis to guarantee the high rigidity and almost no thermal displacement. The cooling system in the spindle can minimize the thermal displacement when doing long-time machining operations, which also can ensure the accuracy and thermal stability.
Taesin CNC Vertical Milling Machine ensures that the precision keeps through the whole working life of the machine. State-of-the-art production with toolmaker’s accuracy guarantees this. The guide way is equipped with linear way for fast travel.
Taesin CNC Vertical Milling Machine column and cross table are made of annealed high-quality ribbed Meehanite Cast Steel. The column guides the spindle milling carriage and the milling spindle, which can dampen the cutting force and the weight of the workpiece. And all linear guideways are mounted on the very fine surface for maximum contact and exceptional cutting rigidity.
Taesin CNC Vertical Milling Machine has bigger span in the base to ensure rigidity and stable performance. For improving the ability to do heavy cutting and processing, saddle is made wider and thicker. The contact between the spindle box and column is strengthened with rib structure to provide great support. Taesin CNC Machine use the core components from Germany, Japan, or Taiwan to ensure the long-term stability and durability.
For guarantee the quality, the geometrical accuracy and repeatability and positioning accuracy are all tested by laser equipment. The machine roundness is measured by ball bar. And the geometrical testing is completely after 24 hours when cutting and machining test is finished.
