This CNC Milling Machine can carry with truss or joint robot and automatic production line.
This CNC Milling Machine base, column, spindle box, table and other basic parts, all adopt high-intensity Lost Foam molding technology, the internal microstructure stability, to ensure that the basic pieces has high stability. Casting structure through the machine dynamics analysis and finite element analysis, geometric structure to make it more reasonable, and the appropriate combination of ribs to ensure the high stiffness of the basic parts. Wide machine bed base, full load support design, to ensure that the heavy load when processing capacity.
This CNC Milling Machine has wide base design with three sets of precision linear roller ways and 5 sliding block on X and Y axes, and two sets of precision linear roller ways and 6 sliding blocks on Z aixs. The machines are suitable for both rough and finish machining because of high rigidity, precision and stability. Ball screw's driving end equipped with 4 precision angular contact ball bearings and the other end with 3 ones, ball screw pre-extended.
