TXC-1370L2 CNC Vertical Milling Machine Features:
This CNC Vertical Milling Machine can be used in many industries, such as molds, aerospace parts, automotive parts, hardwear, 3C industries and so on. This CNC Vertical Milling Machine has been designed specially for high speed, high precision and heavy workpiece machining, which also guarantee the stability and rigidity of the machine.
For eliminating thermal growth and improving accuracy, this CNC Vertical Milling Machine axes are driven by high rigidity and high precision double anchored ballscews. This structure can make the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy perfect. The servo motor connected directly with each axis can ensure high rigidity and almost no thermal displacement.
This CNC Vertical Milling Machine use high quality and high standard Meehannite casting iron, and this casting iron is also analyzed by FEM standrad. In addition, the rib reinforced structure is also increase the rigidity and stability.
The ribbed column ensures the strength, rigidity and stability for vibration-free and chatter-free heavy cutting. Column has wide bottom, compatible with the bed, ensures stiffness, rigidity and dynamic stability for the Z-axis move. Similarly, the saddle and table are heavily reinforced to provide stability, support and precise tracking throughout the workzone for the heavy cutting.
