Heavy Duty CNC Horizontal Machining Center Linear Guide Way For Stable Machining
CNC Horizontal Machining Center Features:
The rigidity is built into the stable machine body by our advanced design. For guarantee the high-speed and high accuracy operation, the structure design and construction are doubly and thoroughly examined. The bed can handle deformation easily when do heavy cutting because of the high level rigidity against bending with the FEM advanced technology.
The feed mechanism use the heavy duty linear guide ways, which can provide perfect acceleration/deceleration performance to decrease non-cutting time. The high torque and powerful servo motors are coupled directly to the ball screws. With no gears in this structure, the the risk of backlash or servo drag does not exist. Separate chip conveyor and coolant tank provide easy cleaning and maintenance.
Oil-coolant separation system reduces the waste lubrication oil, which can extend the life time of the coolant and remove the grime and smell inside the machine.
For ensuring no coolant, we use specially-designed,produced and tested machine covers to prevent coolant leakage in any condition, which can create a good and clean environment in the factory.
For the CNC control system, the compact CNC is realized through LCD display with integrated CNC and a flash memory card interface has standard features. Taesin CNC machine use only one display screen to finish all operations including programming, animation and machining. Taesin Machine also use user-friendly operation interface for easy operation.
Taesin CNC Machine also adopt the tool monitoring system, which can protect the tool and spindle against a possible damage. This system can also monitors the tool status during the machine operation by detecting the abnormal load of each axis and spindle.
CNC Horizontal Machining Center Service:
1. Installation and Testing: Our engineer provide free installation and testing, and train local operator and mechanic; Buyer should bear the cost of flight ticket, food and hotel.
2. Technology Support: According to the finished product features, engineer will adjust related CNC machine parameters and train local operator and mechanic.
3. Guarantee: 12 Months after successful running; Any damage because of quality during 12 months, Seller will be responsible and provide the parts for free.
4. Within 24 Months, we provide software technology consulting service.
5. Spare Parts Supply: For providing better service, our company would like to provide the spares parts at the cost price.
