Taesin Turret Milling Machine Introduction:

     Taesin Turret Milling Machine has a wide range of metal cutting capability, which is also one of the versatile conventional machine tools. By this milling machine, some complicated machining can be completed, for example: gang milling, straddle milling, indexing etc. 

    The spindle, bearings, gear box, clutches, shafts are in the turret milling machine column. The speed from the servo motor to the spindle can be adjusted with a good transmission structure. The working table is supported by the knee in front of the column, which can also make the Z axis move up or down.

     Taesin Turret Milling Machine's saddle consists of two slideways, one on the top and one at the bottom located at 90º to each other, for providing motions in the X or Y axes by means of lead screws. The working table is placed on top of saddle and can move along the X axis. There are some T-slots on the top of the working table for clamping the workpiece.

      The turret milling machine base provide the structural support with the column for the whole machine.

      The base of the milling machine, along with the column, are the major structural. The milling head consisting the spindle, the motor, and the feed control unit is mounted on a swivel base such that it can be set at any angle to the table. b. Ram The ram on which the milling head is attached can be positioned forward and backward along the slideway on the top of the column.
