1. The machine bed, saddle, worktable, main spindle box and other main basic parts are made of high quality cast iron. The compact and reasonable symmetrical reinforcement structure ensures the high rigidity, bending resistance and damping characteristic performance of the foundation parts.
2. X. Y and Z guide rails are heavy duty pathway with high rigidity and low noise. They cooperate with automatic lubricative system to improve the precision life of machine tools;
3. X. Y. Z axis feed adopt high-precision grinding ball screw and the feeding speed is stable. The drive motor is connected with the screw through an elastic coupling and a synchronous belt. The feed servo motor directly transmits the power to the high-precision ball screw without back clearance to ensure machine and positioning accuracy synchronization of the machine tool.
4. The bed body and internal steel mesh reinforcement ensures the rigidity and accuracy during strong cutting. The basic parts are molded with resin sand and subject to aging treatment, which provides a guarantee for the stability of the long-term service performance of the machine tool.
