CNC Presicion Machining
Our 3 Axis CNC Machines output maximum spindle speeds up to 24,000 RPM and utilize 14 to 24 Station Automated Tool Turrets allowing KAIAO to offer clients High Efficiency CNC production of parts.
The maximum volume of our Vacuum Casting Machine is: 2.0m x 1.2m x 1.0m. KAIAO provides Low Volume Short Run Productions of instrument boards, door panels, as well as Automotive Interiors and Exteriors.
Using ABS, Aluminum Mold making Materials, KAIAO can make molds of all sizes for all kinds of applications, can make large RIM parts with 3 to 6mm wal thicknesses that have High Rigidity and High Strength
1995.12 ---- KAIAO is established as a 1000 squares meter plant in ShenZhen, BaGuaLing Industrial Park. Registered Capital: 600,000.00 USD.
1997.10 --- KAIAO receives the State Key Science and Technology Project Plan for: RPM APPLIED RESEARCH, DELEVOPMENT, AND APPLICATION.

LED Light Project
We Paint this LED Light totally as real LED Light by Sand Blasting Process inside, outside just Paint Milky White. Also Clients need them in 4 days, we help them by overwork. nice to hear finally they are happy!
It is Aluminum Project, Anodizing Red surface, that Anodzing surface is with very small sandblast finish, we reproduce around 5 times for CNC parts. finally get what clients want in time.
That is a Voice Device Project, we provide some suggestions based on clients's suggestions, then achive a better function what clients want. that is nice cooperation and thanks their trust!
