The square wave output by the active crystal oscillator of the wireless charging coil is filtered by the second-order low-pass filter to obtain the calm sinusoidal wave output, which is then output to the coil and capacitor formed by the class C extended circuit composed of the Sancomparator 13003 and its surrounding circuit and radiates in the joint resonance circuit to supply energy to the receiving department.
The design tradeoff factors of receiving coil size include coil wire diameter, shielding layer size and thickness. Coil DC resistance can reduce receiver efficiency. Receiver coil design requires the exact number of turns in order to obtain the desired inductance. Because the coupling coefficient is reduced, the inductance required for message security will be lower than the large coil. The number of turns increases and the wire diameter decreases in order to lower the inductance value in a larger space. The combined effect of thicker wires and more and more turns forces the DC resistance higher and the efficiency lower. The shield provides a high impedance flux path and increases the inductance of the coil.
In addition, the shield prevents AC electromagnetic fields from entering the metal surrounding the battery and receiver. Smaller and thinner shields are worse, and the physical limitations of transmitter coil designs are more difficult because thicker shields risk encountering low-flux field stability. The coil can get smaller and smaller, and its inductance can get higher and higher
