Description:
Working procedure of rice color sorter:
1. There should be no stones, metals, and other substances in the rice entering the color separator, which requires a reasonable cylinder primary cleaning screen, plane rotary screen, stone remover, dust suction air net, self-balancing vibrating screen, and magnetic separator should be installed in the primary cleaning section to remove various impurities as much as possible, reduce the content of different color particles, reduce the working pressure of the color separator, give play to the primary cleaning function and improve the efficiency of color separation.
2. The beige should be polished before selection. The polished rice is white and bright with a good appearance, without bran powder and other powders. If the rice contains much powder, high moisture, long time, and appropriate temperature, it is easy to agglomerate in the channel, affecting the flow of rice grains. At the same time, the high dust concentration in the sorting room will affect the recognition ability of the electric eye, reduce the color sorting accuracy and reduce the service life of the color sorter.
